Itinerary (mainly paved)
- Day 1 – 9 am. Welcome to Florence, orientation, bike setting. Departure from Florence to Lucca by van. Lucca bike tour then then biking towards San Miniato
- Day 2 – 8 am. From San Miniato to San Gimignano. Cooking class in San Gimignano
- Day 3 – 8 am. From San Gimignano to Siena
- Day 4 – 8 am. From Siena to Asciano (biking on the famous Eroica’s white road)
- Day 5 – 9 am. From Asciano to Rapolano Terme. Relax at natural hot springs
- Day 6 – From Rapolano Terme to San Quirico d’Orcia
- Day 7 – From San Quirico D’Orcia to Radicofani. Transfer to Florence

Physical demands
- Avg biking distance per day 55km/34.2mi in all weather conditions
- Skill level: advanced. Comfortable of riding a road bike also on unpaved roads. You are a regular biker and you can ride multiple days for 3/4 hours managing long distance rides (i.e. 100km/68.4mi), steep climbs up to 1500mt (4,920ft) in a day at a moderate pace.
